Carriage Ride Season at the Granger Homestead, 295 North Main Street , Canandaigua is June through October.   

Carriage Tours of Canandaigua Historic Neighborhoods – are available every Friday and Sunday afternoon.  The tours begin at the Granger Homestead in one of their fully restored antique horse drawn carriages, and takes passengers on a fascinating trip back in time, along the side streets behind the Granger Homestead and into the grounds at Sonnenberg Gardens .  The driver assumes the role of a driver from the past who relates a variety of historical tales and folklore while pointing out a wealth of fine architecture and milestones along the way. 

Cost:         $20 adults, $10 children 4-12, children under 4 free

Homestead Carriage Rides are offered on Sunday afternoons during the tourism season (June – October) from 1 – 3 pm.  No reservations are required, first come, first served so come early.  Passengers experience the pleasure of this popular past time activity on the Homestead grounds by riding in different carriages each month. 

Cost:         $5 for adults, $3 children 4-12, children under age 4 free.
