We are pleased to announce the return of the charming and talented Stefania Neonato, an Italian piano virtuoso of early music with a doctorate in Musical Arts in Historical Performances from Cornell University. Ms. Neonato will be stopping at the Granger Homestead on Thursday, June 1st at 7pm to perform on our 1821 Muzio Clementi pianoforte, the foreunner of the modern-day piano – one of only two known in the world. The program for the evening will feature selections from Marianna von Auenbrugger, Clara Wieck Schumann, Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel, and, of course, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Light refreshments and a reception with Ms. Neonato will follow the performance. Seating is limited.
