Homestead Days are hosted in late May-early June and provide the opportunity for school students to experience life in the nineteenth century. Learning stations include a bucket brigade, horse care, stories with our traveling peddler, candle-dipping, butter-making, and a one-room schoolhouse. Live period folk music provides the perfect backdrop for this very special day.
